About Us
Where the land tells stories of family, and wine holds the soul of Monferrato.
THE FUTURE
The Tre Colline winery, owned by the Carossa family, is located in Albugnano, in the Upper Asti area. This charming agricultural village and picturesque holiday destination offers breathtaking views of woodlands, vineyards, quaint hamlets, and, in the distance, the majestic Alpine range. Albugnano is also renowned for the Abbey of Vezzolano, a gem of Romanesque-Gothic art dating back to the 11th century, and a symbol of the rich history and culture of our region.
The spirit of hospitality in this wonderful and evocative land nestled in the heart of Monferrato.
Our deep connection with the land and nature is reflected in our daily lives. “The story of those who wake up in the morning and first look out the window to see the weather and how the fields are doing” is the common thread of our work. Love and care for the vineyards have been rooted in our family for generations, as shown by old documents and the historic land registry that testify to our long-standing experience in cultivating quality grapes.
THE ORIGINS
For three generations, our family has been rooted in Albugnano, a small village nestled among the hills of Monferrato. The farm, run until 1999 by Edoardo and Orsolina, is now carried forward by their son Franco, together with his wife and their three children. Together, we’ve found the right balance between innovation and tradition, combining the knowledge passed down over time with new ideas and methods to enhance the value of our land.
