Recentemente dopo più di un decennio di attività la famiglia di Franco Carossa ha trasferito il suo agriturismo in una struttura nuova adiacente alla propria abitazione in cui ad accogliervi sarà tutta la famiglia che vi farà apprezzare lo spirito di ospitalità di questo meraviglioso e suggestivo territorio immerso nel cuore del Monferrato. Stupendo è il panorama che si offre al visitatore: lo sguardo si perde tra boschi e vigneti, innumerevoli paesini e città e sullo sfondo la catena delle alpi, dalla marittime alle pennine e la prossimità alla nota Abbazia di Vezzolano trasmettono un grande senso di benessere e di serenità.
OUR WINES
Our vineyards, crucial for producing high-quality grapes, are arranged in traditional hillside layouts—following the natural curves of the land—facing south, southeast, and southwest on the slopes of Albugnano.
Managed with eco-friendly practices, our cultivation methods respect the environment and the preservation of the hillside soil, helping to prevent surface erosion.
THE FARM
In the heart of the Monferrato hills, our farm carefully cultivates the prized Piedmont hazelnuts, transforming them into exceptional products.
Through artisanal processes and high-quality ingredients, we create spreads, chopped hazelnuts, flours, and other delicacies, preserving the authentic flavor of this treasured nut.
